The staff have been observed to be professional, non-judgmental and respectful towards YP’s and they are excellent at multi-agency working and supporting me in my role as the social worker.

The staff are very supportive, nothing is too much trouble and the home is welcoming, staff are well trained. The home is organised around young people’s education, activities and emotional support. The home could improve by moving to Herford.

Very satisfied with the home and the support they offer, I would recommend the home.
